Fishing Report
The great news is that the water has been off daily since saturday! The fishing has been fantastic. With several large rainbows being caught it has been great. The best chance to catch the water off is in the morning. They have been turning on generators around noon. We have been throwing chamois worms and wd-40s, but everything from soft hackles, cracklebacks, sculpins, micro jigs, and smaller scuds have been producing big numbers of fish. We have also been using more 7x fluorocarbon tippet, but 6x does work if your targeting a bigger fish. If you have the opportunity I would beg, steal, and borrow to get here and experience the awesome trout fishing happening on the tailwater! Tight lines everyone….and have a safe trip.
